Show-Me Tractor Cruise - "A Few Miles for Many Smiles"

Drivers: Please fill out the following information below to register for the 2008 Show-Me Tractor Cruise. If you are under the age of 18, a parental consent form will be mailed to you. Registration for the Show-Me Tractor Cruise is $30. You¿ll be able to check-in on Friday, June 27th, with a reunion and welcome party for Tractor Cruise participants, then again on the morning of the 28th at 6:00am. Tractors need to be lined up by 7:15 so the Cruise can be underway on schedule.

Registrations received before June 8th guarantee riders a place in the Cruise, as well as a T-Shirt. Priority is given to registrations in the order they are received.

Saturday lunches should be pre-ordered for yourself and buddy seat rider. You can also order lunches for family and friends who may be meeting you for lunch. Select the quantity of each number of lunch you would like. Lunches are $5 each.

In consideration of your acceptance of this entry, I herby, for myself, my heirs, my executors, administrators, waive all rights and claims for damage I may have against individuals associated with this event, its agencies, representatives, successors and assign, for any and all injuries suffered by me in the Show-Me Tractor Cruise. I attest and verify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event and am physically able and sufficiently trained to participate in the Show-Me Tractor Cruise. I understand that the Show-Me Tractor Cruise organizing committee and/or law enforcement officials reserve the right to limit the number of tractors in the ride in order to control traffic and other administrative tasks. I give my permission for the use of my name and picture in any broadcast, telecast, DVD or print media account of the Show-Me Tractor Cruise.
